I never intended to start another blog other than the ones I already have. In any case, Egyamira's plight pissed me off sufficiently to post in the other blog which received overwhelming attention and I decided instead to open a group blog so that what happened to Amira won't happen again.
Moderators are human, and they have limitations just as we do. They are currently doing as best as they are able their job to moderate our community especially in the sensitive discussion forums; Peace & Conflict, Social Justice & Human Rights, to name a few. What this blog here is intended to be is as a check and balance, or voluntary helpers of the moderators, so to speak. We're more or less neutral, wanting only to help create a more friendly, just, and comfortable environment of which we can Inspire, Inform and Involve.
The original starting blog will remain open. However, further complaints etc that has caught our attention will be addressed here.
If you as a member felt that you were wrongly accused, banned, or taken action against on the website, please describe the situation you were or are under, and please post the official emails sent by the moderators here as well. If you feel uncomfortable with publishing it, you could forward the email to me instead at Chibimelody@gmail.com . Please include the forum link if it is a discussion, provided that it has not been deleted as well.

If it's a no-brainer case that the moderator is indeed right, then I won't pursue it, if it's a credible one, I'll keep on posting in this blog on a case-by-case basis. Thanks for your cooperation.

Much ado about...
Guess we could have put all these over one side if some of us can just let down the "unnecessary" ego thing and say sorry when it is very glaring one has made some mistake. The deed has been done. In the real world there are no excuses, one is expected to take responsibility of his or her actions.

Clarification of Facts
Azira,
Aren't you in any way communicating with Amira? I would think you would be before attempting to speak out on her behalf. However, the information you post regarding what is going on with her account is repeatedly inaccurate and I would think you'd be aware of that if you were communicating with her.
Firstly, let me clarify the procedures regarding warnings as stated in our guidelines:

For MINOR offences (incuding unnecessary obscenity, adding posts that exceed 1,000 words, etc.) warnings are issued for first offences.
For MAJOR offences (including descriminatory language, contravening hate laws and threat of bodily harm), 1) the post is edited or deleted, 2) a written explanation sent, and 3) suspension of either posting priviliges or TIG account at the discretion of TIG staff.
Since the issue concerned whether or not a major offence occured the latter procedure applied and steps 1), 2) and 3) were followed. In step 3), the typical account suspension was orginally applied, however, at my discretion, I decided to change this to "Suspension of Posting Priviliges" (only) due to the aforementioned "special circumstances".
Later, there was a meeting at TIG and they agreed to uphold the suspension and leave the decision I made in effect.
The "special circumstances" had nothing to do with anything you have suggested. After my discussion with the member regarding her WSIS and Youth Platform projects, I decided (at my discretion) to change from the TIG account suspension to the Suspension to Posting Priviliges (only) in order to keep all active links in her profile accessible.
This is the entire procedure that was followed and it remains consistent with our guidelines. I am always quite hesitant to discuss any member's circumstances openly, but I thought it was necessary to clarify any misinformation in this case.

Apologies
I am truly sorry for any inappropriate decisions I have made. People do make mistakes and I am human. For any mistakes I have made, am making or will make in the future, I am very sorry. I think Amira is a fantastic member and a great person and we are very happy to have her as a member of TIG. To this end, I have encouraged her to remain actively involved in all areas of our site. Please understand that any future actions taken on any of our members are not personal, but are just my interpretations of the guidelines and terms of service. I am doing my best to be fair and equal to everyone and every group.
I also apologize that these will likely be my last comments under members' personal TIGblogs. Please consider that I am not able to scan 100,000 members TIGblogs to see if they are directing a comment toward me or awaiting for some sort of response. If you direct a comment towards me on your blog I may not reply. well …as it is 31st of December..the day of " your Account is Active" announcement.. mmm…very nice to see my self editing and submit something..mm..I've a lot to say ..but for the moment not much (coz I've an exam after tomorrow and I've to study for my school) ..-may be later-
so for now: I've to thank some people round here and there –in public as i owning them- (despite that I did for some):
